What is a supporting membership? +
A supporting membership (Fördermitgliedschaft) with KID-Institut means you financially support the association and in return receive access to our projects. Supporting members have no voting rights and are not invited to general assemblies. For full membership please contact office@kid-institut.org.
How do I choose my project access? +
After registering and choosing a paid membership level you can configure your desired projects and access levels in your profile under "Project Access". The available options depend on your membership level.
How do I cancel my membership? +
You can cancel your membership at any time by email to office@kid-institut.org. Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable. After cancellation your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods are accepted? +
We will accept payments via Stripe (credit card, SEPA direct debit) and PayPal. The payment feature will be available soon. For enquiries please contact office@kid-institut.org.
